Experience Requirements

• External Candidates:
  • Minimum 25 years post-qualification experience
  • In private sector: 5 years as HOD reporting to MD/CEO in a listed company (₹800 Cr turnover & ₹45 LPA CTC)
  • In PSUs/Government: Minimum 4 years in E-7 or equivalent grade (IDA ₹1,00,000–2,60,000)
• Internal Candidates:
  • Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of service left till superannuation (60 years)
