HPCL AP Recruitment 2026 For 250 Graduate Apprentice Trainee Posts

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a leading Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, has released the official notification for engagement of 250 Graduate Apprentice Trainees (GAT) in its Refineries Division under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2026–27. The recruitment is open to eligible Engineering Graduates who have completed their degree after 01 April 2023. The apprenticeship positions are available at Mumbai Refinery in Maharashtra and Visakh Refinery in Andhra Pradesh. The online registration process starts on 25 February 2026 and will close on 10 March 2026.

2. Click on “New Registration” and complete the registration process.
3. Fill the online application form carefully with personal, contact and qualification details.
4. Upload scanned copies of photograph and signature in prescribed format.
5. Submit the application form and note down the generated application number.
6. Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
